As you already know, we have decided to temporarily close our doors due to the COVID-19 outbreak. We will return as soon as we believe it is safe for our employees, our brides and their families. We know its a challenging time right now and we get it, we are just as sad missing all of our brides! Business is not as usual, but we are still here to answer any questions you have, process orders, arrange drop offs, schedule alterations, or even just a be an ear to listen! Although our store is closed, we are trying to get creative with how we can stay connected with all of you. Please read below for some FAQ & updates on how we are operating during the pandemic.
If you have already ordered your dress or bridesmaid dress, it is still on track to be delivered on time, without any major delays. Our designers production teams have been working around the clock to ensure that your orders will arrive on time. If anything changes with dress timelines, we will let you know, as we want to be as transparent as we can be through this process.
For those of you who are looking to order your dress, designers have quoted us 6-7 months for production + 2 months for alterations. Some of our designers are able to accommodate rushes at this time, so if your wedding is sooner, please reach out to us to discuss your options.
For those who are getting married this fall and are ballin’ on a budget, we would recommend checking out our sample sale! Follow our sample sale Instagram account @delicabridalsamplesale to browse through our collection of sample dresses. We are selling these sample gowns off the rack all for $499. For those who have been in store before and are ready to commit to buying your dress (or bridesmaid dresses), we are still taking orders remotely. If we already have your measurements on file, great! If not, we can schedule a virtual appointment to help show you how to take your own measurements. Please email email@example.com & we can start the order process!
Virtual Try-on Appointments
For those who are expecting your dress arrival within the next few weeks (and months), we will contact you to schedule a drop-off appointment. We are available to drop off you bridal gown to your home and then schedule a virtual try on to answer any questions you might have about the fit/alterations. During your virtual try on, you can expect to have a one-on-one video call with one of our owners, We will be there virtually to see how the dress fits and discuss what alterations are needed. For those brides who live out of town, don’t fret! We will ship your dress to you and we will get in touch to schedule a virtual try-on. At this time our recommended seamstress is still taking appointments.
