RETURN POLICY

We hope that you love the sample gown that you purchased online from Delica Bridal! However, If it didn’t work out for you, we are offering returns based on the strict guidelines below:

Returns will only be accepted within 2 days of receiving your sample. We will not be accepting any returns after this 48 hour time period. Because of this, we recommend trying on your dress as soon as you receive it. Please note that the item you are purchasing is a sample and is expected to have some wear and tear. Bridesmaids dresses are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. There may be a slight color difference due to the computer monitor screen.

The current condition of the items are noted in the product description. Alterations and spot-cleaning/dry cleaning are to be expected. Measurements of the gown are noted in the product description. Please note that these measurements have a bit of variance, as some samples may have stretched out over time due to being tried on in store. By purchasing a sample dress from our website, you understand and are agreeing to receiving the item in the condition of which is mentioned. Samples/Items will not be returned for full price. If you wish to return the sample, you will be eligible for 75% of the sample price (excluding shipping), if the item passes QC. 25% of the sample purchase will be non-refundable. For example, if you purchase a sample that is $499 + GST, and you wish to return the sample, you will receive 75% of the total amount back (excluding the shipping costs).

Once we receive your return request over email, we will send you details for shipping the item back to our shop. The return shipment cost is paid by the Purchaser. We must receive the items back within 12 days of the day you received your parcel. Items must be returned in the original condition in which they left and show no additional signs of wear.

When we receive your items back at the boutique within the 12 days, they will undergo a quality control review to ensure that there are no additional signs of wear. If the item passes the QC, a refund for 75% of the total cost (excluding shipping) will be issued to your credit card. Please note, that refunds can take up to 10 business days to be processed. The shipping cost is non-refundable. If for any reason your item doesn’t pass the QC, we will be in
contact with you to discuss your options.

SHIPPING POLICY

Dresses will ship within 48 hours of purchase. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. If we are unable to ship the dress within 48 hours, we will contact you directly to let you know. Once your order has shipped, we will email you confirmation and the tracking number.

At this time, we do not ship internationally and can only ship within Canada. Shipping is set at a standard rate of $30. The shipping cost is non-refundable.

We are offering curb-side pick-ups for those who live in the Edmonton area. Please select curb-side pick up during your checkout and we will be in touch to arrange a scheduled pick-up
date/time.
